STOCKING DEALER QUALIFICATION

To qualify for Stocking Dealer pricing, accounts must:

• Have a brick-and-mortar retail location that primarily sells furniture or home decor.
• Have a valid resale certificate.
• Produce credentials, including exterior and interior images of your store, exterior signage images, and image of posted hours of business.
• Place a minimum opening order as outlined below.

Minimum opening order: $2,000

Annual spend to automatically requalify: $3,000

Accessory items are any items that may ship via small parcel delivery services such as UPS and FedEx. They include small furniture items, table lamps, and decorative objects.

Offer may not be combined with any other discount. Villa & House reserves the right to decline participation at its sole discretion. Opening orders must be shipped to a single address, which is either a store or a warehouse. They can not be droppedshipped nor split-shipped to multiple addresses.
