Damages
At Villa & House, we maintain a rigorous quality control process encompassing inspections at every production stage and packaging of the highest industry standards. However, occasional issues may arise.
Upon receipt of your shipment, please follow these steps:
• Note any evident box damage on the delivery receipt provided by the driver and inform the driver of the damage.
• Inspect the product thoroughly and record any damages on the delivery receipt.
•Per company protocol, kindly fill out and submit our Claims Form within 15 days of delivery to the original ship to address. Please send the completed Claims Form and photos via email to Claims@VandH.com.
• Retain all original packaging material.
• If the shipment is refused due to damage, state the reason for refusal on the delivery receipt and notify us at Claims@VandH.com.

Returns & Exchanges
We understand that returns or exchanges may be necessary at times, and we're happy to assist. However, please note:
• Items must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense.
• Items must return to our warehouse in good condition and in their original packaging. While you may open and inspect an item, it must be repackaged exactly as it was sent.
• A restocking fee of 30% of the merchandise value will apply to all returns.
• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that due to the handmade and hand-painted characteristics of our merchandise, variations in color, finish, and size are expected, and returns based on these factors will not be accepted.
All sales from our custom upholstery program are final. As each item is made specifically for you, returns are only accepted if a product is damaged during delivery. Customers are responsible for thoroughly inspecting and refusing any product damaged during transit or delivery.
