We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. It is our policy to post any changes we make to our privacy policy on this page.  The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. Any changes to how we handle your personal information will be posted here. Please check this page frequently to stay informed of any updates.  You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you.

 

3. Personal Information We Collect

 

We collect personal information directly from you when you provide it to us, or automatically as you navigate through the Platforms. 

 

Personal Information You Provide to Us Directly:

 

• Account Creation: We may collect personal information such as name, company name, email address, phone number, mailing address, and Resale Certificate/ EIN Number. 

• Purchases / Shipping : Personal information associated with purchases and shipping of those purchases, including payment details, may be collected. Payment transactions are processed by third-party payment processors.

• Your Communications with Us: We may collect personal information when you contact us for support or other inquiries.

• Trade Shows and Other Events: Personal information may be collected at trade shows and events.

• Job Applications: Personal information may be collected when applying for job openings posted on our Platforms.

 

 

Personal Information Collected Automatically:

 

• Automatic Collection of Personal Information: We may automatically collect certain information such as IP address, user settings, cookie identifiers, and browsing activity. Some browsers have a "do not track" feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. At this time, we do not respond to browser "do not track" signals, but we do provide you the option to opt out.

Please note that we may ask you to verify your identity before responding to such requests.  We may not accommodate a request to change information if we believe the change would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.

You may also send us an email at info@vandh.com to request access to, correct, or delete any personal information that you have provided to us. However, we cannot delete your personal information except by also deleting your user account.

We implement security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.  Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Platforms.

Depending upon where you are located, your information may be transferred, processed, and stored in countries with different data protection laws. We endeavor to safeguard your information in accordance with applicable laws.

11. Supplemental Notice for Nevada Residents

 

Nevada residents have the right to opt-out of the sale of certain personal information. We do not currently engage in such sales.

Our Platforms are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. No one under age 18 may provide any information to the Platforms. If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on the Platforms. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 18 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. The Platforms may contain links to other websites or online services that are operated and maintained by third parties and that are not under our control or maintained by us. Such links do not constitute an endorsement by us of those other websites, the content displayed therein, or the persons or entities associated therewith. This Privacy Notice does not apply to this third-party content. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party websites or services.

 

 

14. Acceptance of Terms

 

By using our Platforms, you hereby accept the terms and conditions stipulated within the Privacy Policy Agreement. If you are not in agreement with our Privacy Policy, then you should refrain from further use of our Platforms. In addition, your continued use of our Platforms following the posting of any updates or changes to the Privacy Policy shall mean that you agree and accept such changes.
