Shipping Rates Nationwide (Continental USA)
Commercial Location Delivery
• Delivery Method: Items are delivered boxed.
• Shipping Rate: 16% of the total invoice, with a minimum charge of $95.
• FedEx Shipments:
○ FedEx Low: Subject to a $25 minimum charge.
○ FedEx High: Subject to a $95 minimum charge.
Residential Small Package Ground
• Shipping Rate: 20% of the total invoice.
• Minimum Charges:
○ FedEx Low: $25 minimum.
○ FedEx High: $95 minimum.
Villa & House will ship via FedEx whenever possible. If an order contains both FedEx and LTL items, they will ship separately.
White Glove Delivery to a Residence
White glove shipping items are delivered inside, unwrapped, and set up in the desired location. All packaging materials and debris are removed, and the service includes up to 30 minutes of assembly. Delivery is to the first floor only, where an elevator is not available.
Shipping Rate: White Glove delivery charges will be calculated at checkout.
Please note: Once an item has been accepted into the home and the original packaging is discarded, the order no longer qualifies for return under our policy. If a return is needed, it must be refused at the time of delivery and remain in its original packaging.
International Shipping
• Villa & House facilitates shipping exclusively to Canada for international orders. For shipments to Canada, we kindly request that you provide the necessary details of your preferred freight forwarder or customs broker to facilitate a smooth delivery.
• For other countries, we are pleased to arrange delivery to your designated consolidator anywhere within the continental United States.
Customer Pickup
Customers have the convenience of arranging on-site pickup at our warehouses conveniently located in Allendale, NJ, and Lexington, NC.

Please be advised that appointments must be made at least 48 hours in advance to allow ample time for preparation. Furthermore, we kindly request that payment is processed and cleared before confirming your pickup appointment.
Although customer pickup is not presently available at our showroom locations, you may have the opportunity to directly purchase items from our showroom floor, subject to availability. We welcome you to visit our showrooms at your convenience to explore our collection.
